Your apprentices finally discover how learning works.

  • 3 hours
  • live via Zoom
  • Early bird €169 per person

In three hours, your apprentices experience how their brain stores knowledge. They learn techniques that make even dry material stick, and use AI as a learning partner rather than a shortcut. You can register just a single apprentice.

Please note: the open dates are held in German. English sessions are available on request – for example as an in-house workshop for your company.

Sound familiar?

Learned, forgotten, failed?

  • Poor grades come back from vocational school, even though your apprentice supposedly “studied loads”.
  • Before the interim exam, they cram for nights on end. A week later, it's all gone.
  • You explain the same process for the third time and wonder what actually sticks.
  • An apprentice who knew the material sits in the exam staring at a blank page.
  • AI now does the homework. But it won't be sitting next to them in the exam.
  • Frustration turns into apathy, and at some point the question arises whether the apprenticeship is the right path at all.

You invest time, patience and money in your apprentices. When learning doesn't work, everyone suffers: your apprentice, you as their trainer and your company.

Yet it is rarely down to a lack of effort. In all their years at school, most of them were never shown how to learn.

What changes after the workshop

What Klick im Kopf does for your apprentices – and for you

Remember more, cram less

What they learn stays with them for the long term instead of vanishing after the exam.

More confident in exams

Knowing how to learn means going into vocational school and exams more calmly.

Ready to use

Your apprentices practise directly with their own exam material, whatever their trade.

Using AI wisely

AI helps them learn instead of copy, with clear rules for handling company data.

Less effort for you

Apprentices who learn independently need less extra tuition and fewer repeat explanations from you.

Motivation instead of frustration

Learning finally feels achievable. That builds self-confidence and loyalty to your company.

Memory trainerApprentice & learning coachSpeakerAuthor

I was an apprentice myself and know what it feels like to sit in front of a mountain of exam material. Later I became a manager, so I also know the other side: trainers who wish that what they teach would finally stick. Today I show apprentices how to make learning easier – with memory techniques, plenty of mental activity and a good dose of humour. I have now supported more than 1,000 people in their learning, from schoolchildren to managing directors.

What training managers say

In their own words

“Motivated apprentices who enjoy learning – with Kirsten Wunderle, that dream comes true! It's incredible what she achieves with young people in such a short time, and how enthusiastically the participants still talk about her workshop. Highly recommended for anyone who truly cares about their apprentices.”

Alexandra R.

“Kirsten has now run training for our trainee paramedics three years in a row. With her engaging manner, she succeeds time and again in sparking their enthusiasm for learning and taking away their fear of new methods.”

Marco Renk, Bavarian Red Cross (BRK), Erding district

“During an apprenticeship, motivation and a love of learning are often not young people's constant companions. It's amazing how effortlessly – and with fun and humour – Kirsten Wunderle equips apprentices with techniques and methods to get through their training, and well beyond, with joy, maximum memory power and plenty of drive!”

Claudia S.

“If you want to get your apprentices ready for vocational school and the workplace, I can warmly recommend the […] workshop with Kirsten Wunderle. She has a huge repertoire of methods and techniques, which she teaches playfully and with lots of fun. And when apprentices start thinking on their own about what else they can turn into pictures to use the memory techniques – and make a real competition out of it – all I can say is: you got it absolutely right, Kirsten. Chapeau!”

Struggling with the written or oral IHK exam?

Your apprentice knows the material but finds it hard to tackle open questions and case studies? Or to make a convincing impression in the professional interview and presentation? Then take a look at my colleagues at BizTrain4U. The trainers are IHK examiners themselves (German Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and know exactly what matters in the exam.
